  We had bad water damage from a leak and I initially thought our rug was a lost cause. My designer recommended and called Ayoub Carpet for me to get cleaning information. They offer pick up and delivery service included in the cost of cleaning the rug---since I was leaving town, I opted to drop it off at their Falls Church location. The drop off couldn't have gone smoother nor been any easier. Ayoub delivered the cleaned rug back to us, and again a pleasurable experience. Everyone we dealt with at Ayoub was professional and delightful and we are very happy with the rug that was cleaned.
