  We scheduled about 4 months in advance to do our drop off. We spent about 10 hours going through clothes, organizing, making sure we picked the 60 best items to consign. Then less than a week before our appointment, we were emailed that they cancelled out appointment. They have too many clothes. I spoke with a manager and the short version is- they sell memberships allowing people to consign more than 60 items. Some memberships allowed consigning 300 items. Unfortunately, they didn't track how many memberships they sold. An utter waste of time. I won't be consigning or shopping there again.
