There were 3 people in front of me with fairly easy orders, I ordered AN ICED COFFEE& waited for 12minutes and politely stated my order to the girl, who did not care whatsoever and just ended up leaving, as I had 10min left to get to work.... so annoying. I'll go back to Starbucks. I can get a coffee in 4min there...
